A personal quote should start with trust. This statement explains how information is handled when you explore our website, mark vehicle concerns, request a quote, or contact our shop.

Information you choose to share

Our quote builder lets you enter an optional first name, vehicle year/make/model, vehicle type, requested service, condition, additional requests, and notes. The 3D inspection lets you select areas, concerns, and a level of attention. The website guide lets you type questions. You can also select up to six vehicle photos or use your camera. These features keep their working draft in the current page’s memory; our site code does not save the draft in cookies, browser storage, or a customer database. Reloading or leaving the page can clear it.

When you choose to text, call, email, or submit the separate online request form, we receive the information you send through that channel. This may include your contact information, conversation history, vehicle information, photos or videos, and appointment details. Send only information needed to understand your vehicle and request. Avoid sharing payment-card details, government identification, or unrelated personal information in notes or photos.

How quote and messaging handoffs work

“Open text message” prepares a draft addressed to our business number. You review it, attach photos if you want, and send it in your own messaging app. Copying the draft places it on your device’s clipboard. “Email instead” prepares a draft in your email application. Those apps, your carrier, and their providers process the information under their own terms and privacy practices. Clicking an option is not confirmation that a message was delivered.

We use Quo, formerly OpenPhone, for business communications. Messages and any media you send to the shop may be stored and processed by Quo and communications providers. Calls you place are handled through our business phone service; any recording or transcription is subject to the notice and choices provided for that call. The website guide is an automated set of common answers on this site, not a live conversation with Steven. Personal replies come through the contact channel you choose.

Our separate online request form is hosted by OrbisX. Opening or submitting that form is governed by the information and privacy notices presented there. The website does not automatically transfer your 3D inspection or quote draft into that form.

How we use information

We use inquiry and customer information to understand the work requested, assess vehicle condition, prepare and discuss quotes, arrange appointments, provide services and aftercare, respond to questions, and maintain necessary business records. A quote request is not permission for unrelated marketing. You can contact us to change your communication preferences.

Photos, videos, and Google content

Photos selected in the inspection are processed on your device into smaller JPEG copies, up to 1,600 pixels on the longest edge. The site creates new images rather than copying the original file metadata. Photos and their area labels stay in the current tab’s memory; selecting a file does not upload it to our servers or send it to the shop. You can preview or remove a photo before sharing. Leaving or reloading the page clears unsent photos. Original files on your device are not changed.

On supported devices, “Share quote & photos” opens your device’s share sheet with the prepared files and quote. You choose the receiving app and recipient and finish sending there. The website cannot select a recipient or verify delivery. If file sharing is unavailable, open a text draft and attach photos in your messaging app. No camera access begins until you choose the Camera control and allow your device’s prompt.

Photos you attach to a message are used to understand your vehicle and the requested work. Sending a vehicle photo for a quote does not give us permission to publish your personal contact information. If we want to use identifiable customer content for marketing beyond the service request, we will seek appropriate permission.

The portfolio photos and videos displayed on this website are hosted with the website. Videos load and play when you choose them. Our customer reviews section loads review content from the public OrbisX feed when the section approaches your screen. This request connects your browser to OrbisX, which receives technical request information such as your IP address, browser information, and website origin. Our review request omits credentials and cookies. The website reads the returned names, ratings, review text, and relative dates into cards, without running OrbisX scripts or loading its embedded application. Review content stays in the current page’s memory; it is not saved to a customer database, browser storage, or a separate review archive. OrbisX controls the available reviews and refresh timing. Read OrbisX’s Privacy Policy. Opening a Google profile link connects you to Google, which handles request information and any cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms. Longer reviews have a full-text view. Our site does not rewrite the review text. Opening the original review-feed link loads the external OrbisX page under its own privacy practices.

Hosting, cookies, and technical information

Our hosting and delivery providers process information needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser/device information, and security or error logs. Our website code does not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It does not use local storage to keep your quote or chat. Hosting and external services may use their own necessary technologies. External sites and apps have their own privacy practices.

Sharing, retention, and security

Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, business communications, email, and appointment requests. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, or others. We do not sell inquiry information collected through this website.

We keep business conversations and service records as needed to handle your request, provide services, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the information and service provider; the website’s unsent draft is temporary. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, including HTTPS and restrictions on website scripts. No website or communications system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can leave optional fields blank, use the area list instead of 3D, use the direct contact links, or contact us without opening external review links. To ask about your information, request access or correction, or ask us to delete information we hold, use the contact details below. We may need to verify your request and retain some records for legitimate business or legal reasons. Your rights depend on applicable law. Requests about data controlled by another provider should also be directed to that provider.

Our services are intended for vehicle owners and authorized customers, not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and address it.
